Grapefruit Essence Oil (GEO)

Description

Grapefruit Essence Oil is a standardized, blended  volatile oil phase essence recovered from freshly extracted grapefruit juice during the evaporation stage of juice processing.   Desirable flavors components are selected affording a flavor profile that exhibits more of the characteristic fresh grapefruit topnotes than would result if single-fold cold pressed oil was used to obtain a similar flavor intensity.

Suggested Usage Grapefruit Cold Pressed Oil is recommended for use in concentrated and chilled grapefruit juice, grapefruit cocktail and other still fruit juice drinks, carbonated beverages, sorbets and other chilled or frozen desserts, fruit ice sticks,  and in any other applications where light, refreshing grapefruit flavor character is desired.
