the water phase essence recovered when freshly squeezed orange juice is concentrated.
By careful selection and blending, optimum quality and uniformity is achieved.
When returned to reconstituted orange juice, the fresh topnotes that are normally
lost in processing are restored. | | Suggested Usage | Natural Orange Aroma is recommended for use in concentrated
and chilled orange juice, still fruit juice drinks, carbonated beverages, sorbets
and other chilled or frozen desserts, fruit ice sticks, and in any application
where light, refreshing orange flavor character is desired. |
